Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using medusa.cajungrocer.com, creating an account, placing an order, or connecting a third-party account, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website or connected services.

Customer Accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and all activity performed through your account. Notify us promptly if you believe an account has been accessed without authorization.

Products, Pricing, and Availability

Product descriptions, images, prices, promotions, inventory, and availability may change without notice. We try to present accurate information, but errors may occur. We may correct an error, limit quantities, or cancel an affected order and issue an appropriate refund.

Orders and Payment

Connected Facebook, Instagram, and Other Services

If you connect a third-party account, you authorize Cajun Grocer to use the permissions you approve to provide the requested feature, such as preparing, publishing, or managing content. We do not receive your third-party account password.

Your use of a connected platform remains subject to that platform's terms and policies. You are responsible for the content you approve or publish and may disconnect a connected account through the available account or platform controls.

Acceptable Use

You may not use the website or connected services to:

• Violate any law or the rights of another person.
• Submit fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or unlawful content.
• Interfere with security, access controls, website operation, or another customer's use of the service.
• Introduce malicious code, scrape protected information, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts.

Intellectual Property
