absolutely no normal food color, a completely dark gray mush. Per the recipe, the second round of cooking in the microwave after stirring, mostly ended up outside the container. Hot dark gray liquid all in the microwave, with hot dark gray mush in the container. will never buy again. Choose a different brand.
Didn't taste great. Was just ok. I've had better gumbo. Richard's is my favorite.
Really good for a frozen meal, though not quite as good as homemade. Will definitely buy again, though shipping fees are rather high.
