Either re-heat by steaming or boiling (directions below). They are just as delicious chilled. SHIPPING: Your boiled crawfish are shipped in custom styrofoam coolers with dry ice to ensure your whole crawfish arrive in excellent condition. This shipping procedure guarantees a fresh product delivered via NEXT DAY, 2DAY or even GROUND delivery.
During early crawfish season, field run crawfish are much smaller. Later in the season, you will find many more larger crawfish blended with the smaller crawfish.
RE-HEAT ALREADY BOILED CRAWFISH .... only want to re-heat, not over cook!
(Boil): Fill stock pot with enough water to cover crawfish and bring to a rolling boil. Place crawfish in boiling water, TURN OFF heat. Place already boiled crawfish into pot and heat 2 to 3 minutes, remove crawfish from pot, place crawfish in ice chest to keep warm. Sprinkle with extra seasoning to your liking. Serve with cold beer.
(Steam) Fill stock pot with one inch of water, bring to a strong steam. Place crawfish in pot and steam for 2 to 3 minutes to reheat crawfish. Sprinkle with extra seasoning to your liking.

Ordered the boiled crawfish because we cannot get live crawfish in Pennsylvania anymore. These crawfish were seasoned to perfection. Not too hot, but just right. I would prefer to do my own boil, but this is the next best thing.

A: It varies year to year, but boiled crawfish are currently available to order in June of 2021.
A: Yes. We actually boil in large batches and then freeze them. We ship the frozen items with dry ice to ensure they remain frozen throughout the duration of transit. So when you receive them, you are able to move them straight from our cooler to your freezer.
