Bring BRISK to your boil with the light & bright taste of our Lemon & Celery Boil Infusion, a flavorful fusion of natural lemon oils with just a hint of celery. Add during soaking!

1. Boil crawfish, crabs, shrimp, or vegetables per your boiling recipe or seasoning's directions. Cajun Land Boil Infusion Seasoning Mixes are designed to boost the flavor of 7-10 gallons of seasoned water.
2. Once cooking process is complete, shut off fire and pour contents of the Cajun Land Boil Infusion Seasoning Mix pouch into pot. Stir gently for one minute.
3. Soak crawfish and crabs for 15-30 minutes and and shrimp for 5-10 minutes, tasting seafood periodically until desired flavor is reached. Continue to stir pot to avoid overcooking seafood.

NOTE: Extending suggested soak times will result in more intense flavor!

We recommend the use of our 4 lb. Cajun Land Complete Boil which PERFECTLY seasons a 40-50 lb. sack of crawfish using 7 gallons of water.
