Ingredients
  1. 2 1/2 ounces​ gin (or vodka)
  2. 1/2 ounce ​dry vermouth.
  3. 1/4 to 1/2 ounce olive juice (or olive brine; to taste)
  4. Garnish: 1 or 3 olives.
What is the dirty in a martini?
A dirty martini contains a splash of olive brine or olive juice and is typically garnished with an olive. A perfect martini uses equal amounts of sweet and dry vermouth.

Refrigerate after opening. Sediment will occur. Shake well before using

Directions:


The Perfect Dirty Martini: Pour 1-1/2 oz of your favorite gin or vodka over ice, add 3/4 oz Boscoli Dirty Martini Olive Juice, stir, do not shake. Crown with Boscoli Creole Pickled Onion or an olive. Refrigerate after opening. Sediment will occur. Shake well before using.
