Kermit and Linda's father came up with his own recipe to the mustard quail eggs when they were just young kids. Their father made them pickeled quail eggs with the well known flavor of hot sauce and vinegar. Kermit enjoyed eating quail eggs but was not a fan of the vinegar taste.

Nonc's quail eggs are great added to salads or just by themselves as a snack.
