SKILLET CHOPS & RICE Ingredients: 6 pork chops 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, chopped 1 red bell pepper, chopped 3-1/2 cups water 1 package Tony Chachere's Rice & Gravy Mix Steps: In a large skillet brown pork chops. Remove from skillet and drain fat. Sauté £hopped vegetables for 3 to 5 minutes. Add water and Tony Chachere's Rice & Gravy Mix and prepare according to directions. Halfway through cooking time, return chops to skillet and complete cooking. Yields 6 servings.
