This Louisiana delight is packed with flavor and heat. Pork skins, pork, and vegetables sautéed, are passed through a grinder, then cooled in cheese-shape loaves. While it cools, the Hog Head Cheese gels from the natural pork ingredients; so no artificial gelatin is used. It tastes great on crackers and is commonly served as a snack, appetizer or hors d’oeuvre.
