DIRECTIONS:

1. Clean and wash fish in ice cold water. Remove excess moisture before breading to reduce splashing and popping during frying.
2. Thoroughly coat fish on all sides with Cajun Land Seasoned Fish Fry
3. Place in oil at 375° F and cook until golden brown on all sides and fish reaches an internal temperature of 145° F.
