This is outstanding gumbo! I was shocked by how delicious it was, and it even gives your kitchen a wonderful "cookin' gumbo" smell as you heat it up outside of the bag! I pride myself on my gumbo and my wife said, "I hate to tell you this, but this is better!" I don't mind at all because gumbo is like a religion to me and good, is good!
