By far the best fish fry on the market. I fry for large groups as well as small gatherings throughout south La. Believe me, they know good fried seafood! Whether shrimp, fish, or oysters, it can be used for all of them. No MSG and not cakey. Louisiana fish fry to salty and zatarain's is a little cakey.
