Unit Size: 19-24 lbs (Approximately 21.5 lbs)
* Due to the fact that the whole gator is skinned and shipped frozen, there is a possibility that the head could become detached during transit. If this happens, use a skewer to to reattach the head. Heads are strictly for presentation purposes, and should not be consumed.

A: All of the alligators that we sell are skinned and gutted. Transit time varies based upon the shipping method chosen. All orders placed before 1pm CST are processed and shipped the same day. Perishables do not ship over the weekend.
Q: We are having a gathering on 5/2/2021, how soon should I order, and long can i keep this frozen.
A: The product can be kept frozen for 4-6 months. The order time frame would be dependent on the method chosen.
Q: Are they packed in dry ice?
A: All of our perishable items are shipped frozen on dry ice.
Q: Would this fit on a jim Bowie green mountain grill?
A: Yes, it should fit fine! It comes already curled for easier shipping and easier cooking.
