Absolutely delicious! I made it with fresh strawberries and rhubarb. Sprinkled the top with cinnamon and sugar prior to baking. Yum!

I keep one cabinet full of various canned fruits and I try to keep at least half a dozen of these easy cobbler mixes around. They are small, each cobbler ostensibly providing 7 servings at 170 calories per serving. Obviously higher if you add the fruit and if you're like me, 1/7th of this size cobbler won't satisfy me. I use Corningware deep dish casserole dishes, about 7" square and 3-4 inches deep. Perfect for throwing one of these small cobblers into the oven for 40-45 mins. The texture of the crust is the best thing about this mix: it's crunchy and crackly -- at least before it gets soggy in the fridge. Best after letting rest on stovetop for up to an hour, UNCOVERED to keep moisture from getting the top crust soggy. This is also the least expensive cobbler mix I have come across. A decent value.

I love this mix, this will be my 3rd order. I place an order about once a year. Great product, and like others say, it is easy to prepare, and even easier to enjoy.

Delicious and easy to make. Can't find it anymore in Dallas area.
