Ingredients

Enriched Flour (Wheat Flour Bleached, Malted Barley Flour, Niacin, Iron, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Chicken Bouillon (Salt, Hydrolyzed Corn Gluten and Soy Protein, Sugar, Soy Flour, Corn Starch, Chicken Fat, Partially Hydrogenated Cottonseed and Soy Oil, Onion Powder, Chicken Meat, Turmeric, Garlic Powder, Spices, Disodium Inosinate and Guanylate), Silicon Dioxide (to Prevent Caking).

Directions

1. In a saucepan, whisk 3 tablespoons Tony Chachere's White Gravy Mix, 1/2 cup water and 1/2 cup milk. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently. 2. Reduce heat to a simmer. Cook about 1 minute, stirring occasionally or until desired consistency. While cooking, sprinkle and stir to thicken gravies, stews and sauces. Store in a cool dry place.
