Our own mix of seasonings and flour. Great for frying Shrimp or Chicken.

 

Directions:Use this package to batter 10 pounds of chicken or seafood. You will need egg wash (4 eggs, ½ gallon milk, ¼ Cajun seasoning, all mixed together). First dip into egg wash then into season flour, then deep fry 4-5 minutes or until golden brown.
