Product description

An incomplete gumbo product consisting of authentic roux, fresh produce and spices. This base requires the addition of chicken, duck, and/or andouille.

Unit Size: 2.5 lbs. (40 oz.)

Heating Instructions: Place frozen bag in boiling water, simmer at low boil for 20 minutes, or place in pot, set to low-medium and heat for 20 to 30 minutes or until warm.
