The Crawfish Pie is like crawfish etouffee in a pie crust. crawfish, rice, special seasonings, and cream of mushroom…a little spicy.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS Deep Frying: Preheat oil to 350-375 F. Fry pies from frozen state for 6-7 minutes or until golden brown.
Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 350 F. Brush pies with melted margarine or butter. Bake on a non-stick cookie sheet for 30 minutes until golden brown and center is heated.
Microwave: Not Recommended.

They were tasty, but there wasn't as much filling as I remembered there being from when we lived there. Still, a taste I absolutely love and was happy to have sent up here! Would give 5 stars, but like I said, filling was a little on the light side.
