Dr Gumbo Crawfish Julie

This tantalizing sauce is a combination of crawfish, cream and produce. It is fully seasoned and should be served over pasta. It's also excellent as a topping sauce for fish or crab cakes. Simply heat and serve (already cooked). Serves 4 to 6.
