Large, delicious Crawfish are smothered with onions, bell peppers, celery, bread crumbs, and our own special blend of Cajun Spices, and then placed into 2-1/2” or 5” round pie shells, each in their own aluminum pan. These Crawfish pies are really delicious! Bake them from frozen, right into your hot oven! They are great as a snack, or as part of a truly delightful Cajun Dinner!
Cooking Instructions for 5” Pie:
COOK IN CONVENTIONAL OVEN: Preheat oven to 400 Degrees. Place pie in pan directly on cookie sheet in oven for 20-25 minutes, or until crust is golden brown. Time may vary due to oven.
COOK IN CONVECTION OVEN: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place pie in pan directly on cookie sheet in oven for 10 – 12 minutes, or until crust is golden brown. Time may vary due to oven.
