It's the same blend of sauteed vegetables and spices used in our seafood and crawfish boudin with one exception, Alligator! The Alligator is sauteed with "The Cajun Three" (onions, celery, bell pepper) then seasoned and combined with cooked rice and finally packed in a sausage casing. Just heat and serve! Try what is fast becoming a national delicacy. Can be served as a meal or appetizer.
Cooking Instructions:
Thaw Boudin- cook in boiling water for 8-10 minutes.
To Microwave: Cook on high for 1 1/2 minutes per link.
Heat to internal temp of 158 degrees F.

I have eaten a lot of boudin and Comeaux's is pretty good. These party links are great for appetizers. What a wonderful cajun delicacy. If you want someone to experience unique Cajun cuisine, boudin is the way to go. Simply defrost the pack and gently steam until warm throughout and serve.
