A: This particular item is going to be individual. The acronym IQF stands for individually quick frozen. All products described as IQF will be packaged this way. All other options NOT labeled IQF are in blocks.
Q: How are these shipped and does someone have to be present to sign for them?
A: Hello, this can ship any way from ground to overnight, depending on how fast you want them. They ship in a styrofoam cooler with dry ice. You do not have to be present, but I recommend someone at least bringing them inside so they do not sit outside too long. Any other questions we can be reached at 888-272-9347.
