Unbelievable flavor, aromatic notes and complexity with easily the hottest scoville heat of any powdered chili pepper that can be found at a grocery store. I’m a heat fanatic and reaper is typically where I need to be powder wise to get my kick, but the beauty of this blend is I can use significantly more to actually get the flavor to match the equivocal reaper heat that’s so fleeting, best of all at a super low price. For example I normally do 1-2 teaspoons reaper on my tomato avocado salad but about 2 tablespoons of this Cajun land for comparable heat and even more flavor!
