These little guys are perfect for many purposes. I was surprised to receive the entire 5 lb order encases in a single block of ice. I only needed about half of the 5 lbs so I had to thaw the block, take what I needed and refreshed the rest. Because I didn’t know what regressing would do to the flesh I cooked the entire 5 lbs and refroze what I didn’t need.
