1 answered questionQ: Bonjour! I’m originally from big Kaplan, Louisiana in Vermilion Parish living in Indianapolis Indiana now going on 10 years. I’m writing to ask about the fresh pork sausage since I can no longer eat beef due to new food allergies/sensitivities. I’ve had items shipped from y’all not that long ago because I missed my Cajun goodies! When you ship the fresh items, are they fresh/frozen? Thanks Jerry
A: Whenever our items are shipped they are frozen prepackaged and we put them in a cooler with dry ice to ensure the product stays cool until it arrives to its destination
