Pasteurized Oysters are unique because they remain fresh throughout the patented High Pressure Processing (HPP). The process automatically and perfectly shucks an oyster without opening the shell. These oysters are sealed with a band to lock in the oyster's naturally rich liquor before processing. These oysters are always plump and juicy, with a fresh clean taste. Oysters are frozen. Shucking is required.
