I bought this to try Boudin. I live in South Florida, so we don't see a lot of Cajun food. I was impressed with the taste and quality of each of these products. A: All of our perishable items are shipped frozen on dry ice in a small cooler to arrive frozen.
Q: how many people does this feed?
A: Each item in the starter kit will feed 2 - 3 people. All together it would feed 12 - 18 people depending on serving sizes.
